Dr A Wordley (male), London 1979

Dr Wordley has been with the practice since 1980. He offers a full range of general practice care to his patients. He is our lead doctor in Prescribing and Anticoagulation (warfarin).

Dr M Wong (male), Manchester 1991

MB ChB, DRCOG, MRCGP, DFFP
Dr Wong has been with the practice since 1995. He offers a full range of general practice care. He has an interest in the clinical computer system (EMIS) and produces the practice website, patient newsletter and is the lead doctor for the patient group and online access.

Dr J Horton (female), Nottingham 1995

BMedSci, BM BS, DRCOG, MRCGP, DFFP
Dr Horton has been with the practice since 2001. She offers a full range of general practice care and has a specialist interest in paediatrics, women's health and autism. She is our lead doctor for safeguarding, vulnerable patients and learning disabilities.

Dr L Axten (male), Leicester 2007

MB ChB, BA (Hons), MRCGP, BMedSci
Dr Axten joined the practice in 2012 as a salaried doctor and became a partner in 2013. He offers a full range of general practice care and has an interest in ENT. He is our lead doctor in complaints, admission avoidance, bereavement and carers.

Dr Francis joined the practice in 2014 as a salaried doctor and became a partner in April 2016. He is our lead doctor for diabetes and asthma and has an interest in minor operations and procedures.

Dr R Greer (female), London 2009

MB BS, DFSRH, MRCGP
Dr Greer joined the practice in 2014 as a salaried doctor and became a partner in April 2016. She is our lead doctor in family planning and has an interest in minor operations and procedures.

Dr P Smith (male), Hull & York 2010

MB BS, MRCGP
Dr Smith joined the practice in 2015 as a salaried doctor and became a partner in April 2017. He is our lead doctor in palliative care and cancer.

Locum doctors

From time to time, it is necessary for us to employ locum doctors to cover holidays and sickness. You will be notified if your appointment is with our locum doctor when you book.

The Nursing Team

Our highly qualified nurses deal with a range of conditions and health concerns. They diagnose and plan care, including prescribing a range of medicines. They are experts in many areas of chronic disease management such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, heart disease and diabetes.

Our Practice Nurses, Tracey, Joanne, Jackie, Natalie and Health Care Assistants Sylvia and Carissa, are available by appointment for consultation on all nursing matters.
