MISSED BOWEL CANCER SCREENING

We've been informed that you have not yet completed your bowel screening test.

We understand that doing this can be worrying, or embarrassing. None of us want to think about the possibility that we might have cancer.

However, we know that bowel cancers can be present in the body for a long time before they start to cause any symptoms. We know with most cancers that the sooner they are diagnosed, the better.

If you would like to rearrange your Bowel Cancer Screening, please speak to the free bowel cancer screening helpline on 0800 707 60 60 .

If you have any further questions or concerns about the screening which has not answered from the information on the NHS website, or from the screening helpline, please contact the surgery so we can discuss these further with you.
